When I started my undergrad in 2020 amidst the
COVID-19 pandemic, it was a wake-up call to say
the least. During my time at the Western Gazette in
my fourth year, I reflected on all I learned and even
designed my own graphic.
My first graphic for the Western Gazette is one of my
favourite projects to date, because of the amount of
creativity and research that went into realizing the design
from its conception to execution.
n collaboration with the writer of this article, Dani Paul,
we came up with character archetypes that reflect common
roommate experiences. I then took those ideas to design a
series of seven distinct characters.
The brief for this project was to create a series of point-
of-purchase materials to commemorate the 25th anniversary
of Western University’s Faculty of Information and Media
Studies.
Imprint is an adventure-based game that is rooted in the
importance of nature conservation. In this single-player game,
help Peri travel around the country to help animals rebuild
and recover their natural environments.
A series of syrup bottles I redesigned that reflect
the company’s roots and heritage.
Arise N’ Go, based in London, Ontario is a snack company that sells tasty popped water lily seeds. During its early development, I was tasked with creating new social content for the brand’s Instagram and Pinterest platforms. The goal was to create a series of posts that not only incorporated the brand colours and standards, but allow the company voice to shine through.
MuSEEum is an app concept I came up with for
a UX/UI design course I took while pursuing my
masters degree. The app, which I designed and
researched myself, aims to offer an accessible and
straightforward alternative to navigating museums.
